Children’s Ticket
Children that have reached their 2nd birthday must have a ticket to enter the event.
Doors Open
Doors open one (1) hour prior to show time or unless otherwise stated.
Will Call
For your convenience, guests may pick up tickets at box office Will Call or Ticketmaster kiosks, located on the east side of the Amway Arena. Guests will be required to present a valid photo I.D. and may pick up tickets starting 90 minutes prior to show time.
Concession Stands
- A Bunch of Hot Dogs serving gourmet hot dogs of all kinds is located behind Section 103.
- Pizzeria Uno serving Chicago Style Pizza is located behind Sections 218 and 236.
- Subway serving fresh submarine sandwiches is located behind Sections 219 and 201.
- Hoopla Grill serving hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, french fries, chips, soft drinks and cold beer is located behind Section 116.
- Barnie’s Coffee and Tea serving gourmet coffee and coolattas is located behind Sections 105 and 108.
- Time-Out Lounge is a full-service liquor bar serving assorted wines, select import draft and bottled beer, frozen drinks, soft drinks, and bottled water is located behind Sections 108 and 119.
- Johnny River’s Smokehouse serving bourbon chicken and Cajun rice, pulled pig hoagies, chips, soft drinks and cold beer is located behind Sections 207 and 225.
- The Carvery serving assorted carved sandwiches, roast beef, turkey, prime rib, and tenderloin, is located behind Sections 103 and 114.
- City Deli serving Philly cheese steaks, beef and chicken fajita wraps, and nachos supreme is located behind Section 104.
First Aid
The First Aid Office is located on the main concourse at the east side of the Amway Arena behind Sections 107 and 108.
Re-Entry Policy
Guests may not re-enter the Amway Arena and are strictly limited to emergencies only.
Elevators
Elevators are located on the east side of the Amway Arena for those guests who cannot navigate the stairs on either the north or south sides of the Amway Arena. These elevators are found by entering the double glass doors directly to the right of the box office windows
Bags, Backpacks, and Purses
For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby bags, etc.) will be permitted at Orlando Venues venues and may be subject to search at all entrances. Large bags, coolers, and backpacks are not permitted. There are no storage lockers on the premises. Please make sure that you leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted. Banners and signs must not exceed three feet in height and a reasonable length. Banners and signs may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the Amway Arena. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs must not be commercial in nature, obscene in any way or cause any disturbance with other fans.
Seating Capacity
The seating capacity for Orlando Magic games is 17,282 guests.
LEED Certified
The Amway Center is the first NBA facility to earn Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design new construction certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The arena uses 20% less energy and 40% less water than arenas of similar size. Amway Center “green” features include:
- Preferred parking for hybrids and other energy-efficient vehicles
- High-efficiency heating and cooling systems
- Ultra-low-flow toilets
- A reflective and insulated roof that reduces cooling costs
- High-tech monitoring systems that shut off the lights when a room is empty
- Bicycle racks, showers and changing rooms for workers who bike to work
- Systems to treat storm runoff before it can pollute nearby lakes
- Recycling bins for fans and concertgoers
- Additionally, many of the points toward LEED certification for the Amway Center were earned during construction. For example, of the facility’s building materials, 15 percent are recycled and 20 percent come from local sources. About 83 percent of the wood, concrete and steel construction waste has been recycled rather than sent to a landfill.
